Orbit ball valve

Structure feature:

No fricton when open and close. This function can solve sealing problem caused by friction between sealing surface.
Upper-entry structure. Valves can be examined and repaired on pipeline directly, reduce the cost.
Single seat design. Solve safety problem caused by anomal pressure raising of the valve body medium.
Lower torque design. Valve can be opened and closed freely by using a small handwheel because the structure of stem is special.
Wedge-sharp sealing structure. The mechanical force is supplied by stem. Press the ball to the seat and ensure leakproofness not affected by differential pressure of pipeline, can suit various working conditions.
Self-cleaning structure of sealing surface. When the ball leave seat, liquid floats along ball sealing surface by 360°angle, this provents part of seat from scour caused by high-speed liquid, meanwhile, wash out dirt on sealing surface, realize self-cleaning.
Open&Close theory

At close position, the ball is pressed by stem and pinch the body, see picture a)
When turn the handwhell anti-clockwise, the stem move in opposite direction, ball move from seat by bottom corniform surface , see picture b)
Continue to raise the stem, interact with the pin in stem spiral groove, make the ball turn without friction, see picture c)
Till full-open position, the stem is raised to top, ball turn to full-open, see picture d)
